Default Mach 1000 Amps

Hey there. I bought an 04 Mustang GT with the Mach 1000 Audio system last Saturday. I am thinking about trying to move the amp tray higher in the trunk so that I can fit some things in the trunk, like my guitars, since they don't currently fit. I noticed that there is a total of 6 amps, 2 mounted under the rear speakers, and 4 on the tray. Is there going to be any problem with the amps if I do that, granted, the wiring harness may not reach, but is there going to be any other problems that may occur? Any help would be great.

Shouldn't be as long as it isnt to much of a hack job. If you relocate them and you extend the wires make sure you soder them and put shrink wrap over the area where u sodered otherwise there shouldnt be to much of a issue. Also When you relocate them make sure you don't drill into anything important (Like drilling into the bottom floor and going into the fuel tank, fuel line or another wiring harness). Same goes for drilling into the sides. Also make sure after it's done it is solid.

I am hoping to modify the tray that holds the amps, and use the same bolts that currently anchor it to the trunk.
