Can a shop that is specializing in SCT Tuning unlock a SCT Livewire tuner?? I bought a locked one on ebay and i live in michigan and i dont know where to get it unlocked?

you probably have to ship back to sct and have them reset it. my guess

My condolances! That tuner can only be unlocked byreinstalling the factory tune to the car it is married to. Once the factory tune is downloaded to the tuner, it becomes "Married" to thatVIN number, and remains locked out of use on any other vehicle! Alas this story is repeated daily in all the forums.
