Did you check the front suspension? if thats ok than next I'd look for a sticking brake caliper can be either in the front or back....

Yeah, check the front suspension.I'd start by taking the car to a first class alignment shop with the latest equipment and top notch operators.

The control arms could have worn out bushings.
Does it do anything when you use the brakes?
How about hard braking?

Pulling to one side with no brake problems,(worn pads, sticking rotors, collapsed hoses, etc)tends to bein the control arm bushings or an alignment discrepancy.

I highly doubt this has anything to do with the brakes. Brakes do not know when when you are accelerating.

Study the rear suspension closely. With an automatic you can torque it up in drive against the front brakes while on a drive on hoist. Note the wheelbase or rear axle for movement.
With a stick. Anyone with driver mod can simulate the above.

yeah i'd say this something in the rear end of the car check your upper control arm bushings. my car did that once because of a broken shock but i doubt that is your problem
