Default H pipe install

Doing the H-pipe install on Saturday. Never done one on a Mustang before... well on my 69, but that was different and almost 10 years ago. About how long should it take? No air compressor, using the stock manifolds, all by myself with some jack stands... how long did it take any of you guys. Any odd-ball things I should know about the install that might slow me down? This will be on an 02 GT 5spd with a Summit O/R H-pipe. Any input is appreciated.

Well I've never done it before either the only thing I can think of is to spray some sort of rust remover or what not on those bolts like 30 minutes before you start so when you're ready you dont have to struggle as hard with loosening em up.

cool. Just making sure... I've been messing around with imports waaaaay too long and they stuff things in the tightess places. Just didn't want to get the car in the air and realize I was missing something important, Thanks.

Also I'm sure you already know this but just in case, you should loosen the end of the h-pipe closer to the rear end and mufflers first that way you dont loosen the top end and it falls and hits you in the head.

I'd make sure you have a 3 ft breaker bar and a decent size half inch extension. Seeing you don't have a impact gun.

or at least a pipe that you can put over the ratchet for leverage.

and yes, you will need a pretty good size extension.
