ive not had a filter on my white car, running in the low 12s, for the last 7 or 8 years. its not a daily driver, but its street driven, and unless it raining, i dont have a filter on it...and i have what most of you would call a 'ram air' setup..if it goes into the hood scoop, it goes into the engine.

Your car is fine. Some of these guys think driving for 10 minutes with no air filter will hurt the car, they are wrong. Unless you live in a dust bowl it id just fine.

this is why you keep a cheap $5-10 filter around to toss in while you are cleaning the K&N.
