I was wondering if it was possible to convert a notchback LX to have the GT front and rear bumper , and also would it look like it was a GT ? I am asking because all i see are LX notchbacks pictures and I have a notchback LX which I would love to put GT bumpers on it, I just love the look of the GT front bumper (mostly the fog lights )

 

yes you can put the GT ground effects on it to make it look like a GT. all they are is extensions

 

sweet ... a friend of the familys 1990 GT hatchback got totaled about 3-4months ago, but the front and rear are all right - it got T-boned by a big F250, so he is giving me the front and rear bumper--- I just wanted to make sure that they would fit a notchback,
the only difference between a notchback and hatchback is that the notchback has a trunk like a regular car ... right ?

yes you are right about the differnece between the hatch and notch's but just getting the front and rear bumpers off a GT isnt going to make it look like a true GT bc you need the side skirts and the fender extensions that go with it

 

there is a difference for the side skirts and fenders ?? I never really looked at them hehe -- but I can probably get some of them too, just to make it look that much more like a GT - it will never be a true GT because its a notch, correct ?
