Default Need some help if possible!

I have had my 2003 GT for almost 2 years now. I have a few things done to it so far. I had my exhaust done BBK from the headers back to Flowmaster cat-back, cold air intake, tinted tail lights waiting on my new headlights now and also have an 8000K HID kit to be installed soon. But I was just wondering for the past couple of months I have had a problem that is really getting on my nerves. When I get on the gas from a stoplight it alsmost seems like my car is going to stall. It hesitates really bad. I had the mechanic that does all my work take a look at it. He had it for three days and can't find out whats wrong with it. He said that when you get on the gas the O2 sensors show up 0 on the computer. He said that he took out the fuel pump and put a new one in, changed a bunch of sensors and nothing fixed it. Has anyone ran into this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to try and fix it?? Thanks!
