You probably got a screw or nail in your tire.

Check your tire tread for something like a hunk of clear glass stuck in the tread. I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago, and it took a minute or so to find it-clear hides well on a dirty tire.

Jack up that corner so the wheel is off the ground & give it a spin with your hand, listen for clicks. While your at it you can take the wheel off & take a peek at the brakes & inside the rim. Maybe there's some object stuck in there that's touching a moving part & causing the click.

You have drum brakes correct? If so, it would be the self adjuster has come loose or parts of it has.

I had a similar issue on the right front of my 2002 GT last year. For me, my shop said it was an improperly torqued wheel and it did go away after they did their work and gave it back to me. Might not be your case, but worth it to check it out.

I'd be willing to bet its not the brakes there isnt much reason for a caliper to make a clicking sound so i would think its either a nail or rock in the thread or a bad wheel bearing.Jack it up spin it and look for nails or rocks and while its up wiggle the tire to see if the bearing is loose chance are its one of the two.If it was front wheel drive i'd say it was the cv shaft but we can rule that out its not a ricer site
