alarm problem

Default alarm problem
Recently I have had a problem with the alarm going off randomly. I set the alarm and usually within 24 hrs it goes off-for no reason I can see. Calm days and no one around messing with it. I'm not sure if there is an easy fix/where to start looking. No trouble codes/flashing in the instrument panel either. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Aftermarket or stock alarm? If stock what year is it?

It's an 05 GT with the stock alarm.
