I had to go to the gas station my gas light was on, ( i have a really bad habit of waiting till the gas light comes on, terrible i no )...... I got there put gas in the car, then went to start and it cranked longer then usual. so i stop waited a second and then turn key and it started normal.

What could that b.. Fuel pump going, Filter ( changed 9 months ago ), mayb cause its gettin alittel colder out?... anybody.. or is it just in my head and im paranoid and it doesnt matter.

 

If you waited till the idiot light came on than you might of gotten some air in the fuel system and it took a little longer to build up pressure in the fuel system cause you got a air buble in the system. Get in the habit of getting fuel when it gets to the half way mark on your fuel guage instead of the light oming on. you can burn up your fuel pump by letting it go that low all the time. You can also clog the fuel injectors that way as well.
