I would start with the PCV. Also, maybe change the oil.

 

i changed the oil, dont have any oil/coolant milk shake mixture already checked for that, im not even running my engine hard, in fact i hate getting on it, its very seldom i drive it fast, i actually have a small oil leak and going to check all my vacuum and pcv system, should be that, actually its went away since i changed the oil and put new seals, thanks guys
