actuator removal

Default actuator removal

has anyone taken one out? what do you have to do to unhook the shaft on the actuator? any tips?

Sorry I forget what exactly they are called, but usually they come in like multi-colored little clips that you put over the hose and press up against the springs to disengage them. They hold the spring back so you can unhook them. Recentl, I had a van at work I had to get the actuator off of, and it wouldn't come off after like an hour of messing with it, so we had to heat it up then try to pull it off and it finally came off.

there was one rivet that held the braket to the door, i had to drill that out and it came right off,

does anyone know where i can get a cheap drivers side window switch?
