Default Removing a dent with dry ice?

So I took the cover off my gto today and took it out for a spin (first time in a month). When I got back, I noticed there was a dent about the size of a golf ball on my right fender. Now I want to get this fixed asap and I have heard about people using dry ice to remove small dents. Is it worth a shot?

I am wondering also. I have a little ding, the only one on my car (knock on wood), and want to remove it BADLY!

I've seen it done with liquid C02, there's an online video on how to do it.
