Belive it or not the Boss 351 runs a faster 1/4 than the Boss 429. the 351 hooks up better and had a better weight arangement.

Thats because the 429 hes so much more weight. Your gonna get better times with a really beefed up 351w or somethig.

That car cost a mere $4798 when it came out, but that was a lot back then. It wasn't intended to be a killer on the street, but instead was only made streetable so Ford could use it at NASCAR. The BOSS302 was quicker in 0-60, and the Mustang 428 CobraJet Mach 1 was even quicker.
