Spec clutches are a pretty damn good clutch. About the only other brand that might be better is Mcleod and they are extremely expensive. I'm goin for a Stage 2 after I get my N20 in.

My fiance has not had good luck with Spec. He bought a stage 3 for his 95' and it never worked right, had it inspected and it turned out that the pressure plate was warped and he called spec to get his money back and the told him that "We dont make defective clutches" and they hung up the phone on him. He called less then a week after he got it so it wasnt a time issue. He tried to call again and speak to manages but no one would talk to him.

Almost $500 dollars out the door.

Do not go spec if you value good customer service.

After that he went with a RAM 2000 Cobra R setup and it worked awesome, he also worked with Mike to build the right clutch for his setup. Ya know its a good company when you can talk to the owner and have him help you set your car up.

Go with RAM if you value good customer service.

Night night
