My 2006GT being in the shop after a small accident, I am driving my friends 2002 V6. She does not know much about cars but neither do I about older V6 model. I have a couple of questions:

1/how much oil does it take? I presume 5 quarts?
2/how often should transmission fluid to be changed? She has 60000 miles. Should it be
changed or just left alone?

Harder question - I noticed that upon starting the car I can really hear what appears to be noisy valvetrain from the front drivers side part of the block, the clicking noise stays for about 30 sec - 1 minute - is that normal?
