Can anyone tell me how to do this myself? I bought the new mirror but can't get the speaker on the door to come off. I have a Mach system in my car.

 

the little mesh cover on the speaker just pops off and there is a hole in the bottom of the speaker mount with a phillips head screw. take that out, then lift the speaker up and disconnect the wires. then you should be able to get to the bolts that hold the mirror on
