anyone live in texas with o/r x-pipes and had a problem with it as far as emissions and the law?

 

They won't pass you without having legal exhaust on the car (which meas the same number of cats as the car came with from the factory). If they catch you without after you have the inspection, 9 times out of 10, they will impound the car on the spot.
