hey guys i was wundering if there was any way of taking out that section of panel beetween yer hood and windsheild where the plastic grille is(under which is the wiper mechanism). The guy that owned the car b 4 me had just took the hood off and forgot to put it on rite or sumthin and the hood flew up while he was driving and bent/dented the crap outta that section its in an awkward spot to work with thhe dents so i was wundering if i could take it out or not. im thinking maybe make shifting a new piece out of sheet metal somehow and welding it on there...
