I have a '95 v6 stang that I just rebuilt the motor on (rebuilt the original motor) it was rebuilt from the bottom up and is all 100% brand new.

The motor is now in but when I am driving it and come to a stop sign or light it sits there and the RPM's surge. All vacuum hoses were checked and replaced MAF was cleaned and the IAC was replaced. I am running out of ideas and need help!

Everything on the motor was torqued to FORD specific specs for my car.

 

I have a 94 GT that was having the same idle surge. I cleaned out the Maf but didn't help. I finally replaced the maf and the car runs great. Hope this helped.
