Default Pulls to the right..

I've been having a problem with my car pulling to the right for a while now. Even after recently having the car aligned and also new wheels and tires it still does the same thing. To keep the car driving strait I have to **** the steering wheel to about 11 o' clock. If I let go of the wheel sometimes it will pull really hard and other times it will actually drive strait but eventually it pulls off to the right after a while. My tires have all been wearing evenly despite this problem. Any ideas would help.

btw the front end is lowered 1.5in and has poly control arm bushings.

Your tires are at the same pressure right? Are your wheels balanced?

Did you get the camber adjusted when you lowered it? The steering wheel could be off a bit, but if your saying it pulls hard when you let off, then its probably a bent control arm/spindle. Or the K-member got jolted. Also, you have to take into effect the crown in the road. Here in DE most of the roads have stupid steep crowns, and basically on any given road the car will pull to the right. in either direction.

The front end has been wrecked before. It was raining and I slid into a raised median. The front drivers wheel pretty much took all the impact hitting flat against the curb. I replaced the k member and control arm and that put the wheel back in the center of the well where it should be. I'm not sure what else could have been damaged but I would think it would be pulling to the left if something is dragging on that side, not to the right.

^+1 on the crown in the road, your tires are wide so they really will try to follow the curve which gives you pull. I had to get used to it with mine after switching from an explorer.

Yeah but to the point where I have to drive all the time with the steering wheel sideways?? I think more is going on here.

I'd get it aligned and have the steering wheel centered. This is a simple task to do while doing an alignment.
Those poly bushings were replaced after the crash right? If not they could be the problem.Control arm bushings can cause all kinds of wierd, hard to figure out pulling problems.

you might need a 4 wheel alignment, not just 2 like most shops do.

The steering wheel also turns on it's own all the way to the right when the car is not really moving. Like if I'm at a light and let off the brake just a little it turns hard right on it's own.

Here is the sheet from the last alignment I had done. The specs were way off to begin with b/c I had taken the front end apart to install the control arm bushings. I was hoping they would fix the problem, but no luck.

Good luck setting the toe on a solid axle there buddy

Reading the sheet really isnt going to help me.. If I had the car on the rack, then its a different story. I'd say take it to another shp and have them put it in their rack, then compare print outs
