i would take it to a different front end shop. check around to find one that is competent and honest. that may take some effort, but you will know what's going on.
if you put the car on stands and start it up, are the wheels straight when the steering wheel is centered? Will the steering wheel stay centered or turn right? there could be an issue with the rack.

Well when I park the car with the steering wheel strait the wheels look centered. I need to rotate my tires anyway so I'll see how they do when I have it jacked up.
