Default rear end problem and ?'s

first off my rear end feels sloppy, if I go over bumps while turning it tends to hop a bit. when going over some average size bumps the rear tends to slam down almost to to the point of botteming out. I tightened the comtrol arm nuts/bolts but the my rear still seems to shift on turns. my biggest problem is when i take right turns my rear left wheel sound like it rubs again the fender well or somthing and left turns seem to be much tighter with less budy roll. i have ebach sport line springs, i know those will make the right stiffer but this stuff goin on aint right. i changed the spring insuolators and ordered new control arm bushing. Can anyone know a web site or somewhere i can find installation instructions for the bushings? any help is much appreciated. thanx fellas
