Does anyone know how to change out the throwout bearing or does anyone have a link to a site that shows how? thanks

 

i replaced mine not to long ago, not hard just takes time, i pulled the tranny out and left the bell housing on the car disconnected the clutch cable then pulled the whole fork out replaced it then threw it back together

 

the fork that goes through the bell housing is notched and has clips on the back side, just slide off the old one slide on the new one make sure the clips are holding it on and make sure the new one is all the way on may take a little force but not much should be fairly easy
