That is the fog light switch and fog lights are standard on the GT...so someone removed yours or they crashed the car and didn't replace them. Some of the replacement front "bumpers" come with block offs where the fog lights are supposed to be and a hole needs to be cut to allow for the lights. I'd say the car was crashed at one time.

 

Fog light button on mine too. I'd be crawling around under the car to see what the heck is going on!

Yep, '94's too. The problem was the freaking bulbs blew everytime they got real wet. I replace a ton of those suckers in 7 years.

When I got my car used, the fog lights didn't work. My husband looked underneath the car and there was lots of water in fog lights. Needless to say the bulbs had blown up and had to be replaced.

 

yeah my ****in fog lights dont work either.

 

hey man i have a 95 GT and have wondered what that button did as well......i just told my gf what it did and she said when we go driving down the road she plays with the button so there is no telling what everyone thinks with her flashing the foglights at them. lol Glad someone asked what that button did.
