Why does this Roush part cost more than this one?

This 510hp ROUSHchargerŽ R2300 Short Block Kit - Ford Mustang Supercharger costs about 11k and it says that it brings the 'stang up to 510hp...

Yet this ROUSHchargerŽ R2300 Kit (Complete Kit) - Ford Mustang Supercharger says it brings the horsepower up to 510-700! This part is only 6k.
Now, i'm only 17 and I may be overlooking something, but wouldn't a supercharger that can get the pony up to 700 horses cost MORE than something that can only get 510???
