installed my blu thunder shifter last night it works great but 3 times it has grinded when i try to shift to third. it doesnt go in it just grinds..once when i was trying to powershift and it was a nasty loud grind

do these have the spring loaded third?

 

I'm not familiar with the shifter you have but make sure the stops are adjusted properly.(If it has adjustable stops)

 

2 things......the shifter could have exposed a bent clutck fork...or not adjusted correctly
