I just got a front coil over kit for my 95 it was pulled off a 04 cobra i dont know what kind they are but i have included pictures if anyone knows what kind they might be, one thing i don't know and i dont know if its normal but on one of the shocks the metal bar thing that goes into the shock when it compresses that thing sorry i dont know what its called maybe the intershock? but one i can spin with my fingers the other one i can't and the one that spins looks like it may be bent because if i spin it around i look at the top of the shock and it looks like its bent when i spin it is that normal? also how much better handling will i get if i put these on? also how do you take the spring out of these things? thank you for your time
