Hello, i got an Dodge Grand Caravan from 1996...
Everything was great till some day... Now im making 140 Miles on tank with regular city driving (Low RPM's ETC) Before that i was making 250-300 Miles on tank.
It sucks...

You must mean 14 MPG. Because what you said is not possible o.O maybe it will be in 100 years but not right now lol How many miles are on the van and are they the original spark plugs? Or it might be something as simple as a bad tank of gas, dirty fuel injectors, try some fuel system cleaner. Have you noticed a loss in power? thats another good question.

Spark plugs are okay, i dont know about fuel injectors.
Is the fuel system cleaner safe for a car?
No, no loss in power.

Yeah, fuel injector cleaners are fine. You can get them at Wal Mart, Autozone, Checker, etc.
Run around $5.
Check your tire pressure. Air filter.

Sounds like you need an OVERALL tune-up...+ you're going to loose 2-3 mpg in the cold weather...

heh what?

Cold air is denser, so it contains more oxygen, which means engines have to work less to get that needed oxygen, getting better gas mileage and more horsepower.

And Juno, it may be time to look into getting a higher octane gas. Regular is fine for normal mileage vehicles, but I've noticed once a car gets high mileage if you bump the octane to Plus you should squeeze out a few more MPG.

Make sure spark plugs are clean, all filters are clean. Try fuel injector cleaner, and run higher octane fuel, I know I get 3-4 MPG better with Premium grade over reg. Pretty much what everyone else said, but just do you routine checks.
