hold brake down with left foot, push gas. thats it. at 1500 roms, the rear tire (right rear-with stock gearing) will lose traction and you will burn out. no harm to tranny but dont them alot b/c tires cost $ and idle redlining isnt good.

Harm? Nah.
Extensive wear? Yeah.
Just don't do it a lot, it's hard on your drivetrain. Best to do it with some water on the tires, it eases the burden on the drivetrain, hence the reason for water boxes at the strip (one of the reasons anyways)

If you're doing "one wheel" brakestand burnouts don't be surprised if your car starts pulling to the left when stopping, cause you've just worn out the brake pads on the right rear tire & not the left

well yea i can understand the brakes wearing not that it pulls to the left...i had a 93 mustang that was a POS and i beat the **** out of it everyday...i would the burnouts after school everyday to were the back right tire was bald...so doing it a little doesn't do anything and then my car did a take a beating and it still wasn't that bad
