Question I cant Find the Problem ??? Im new at this

Hello everyone i have a 1989 V4 5 speed Mustang with a GT body kit lol Yes a Four banger but hey looks nice. well heres the problem the Car was not running for 1 year when i bought they couldnt find why it would not start. The timing was just really off so i got it set at 10" and now it runs fine, but that was just the beginning of the troubles. Well i have driven it for like 3 weeks now and my oil pressure is really low so i changed the dist. cap, spark plugs, wires, and coil, but still low. So i dont what is causing that and my brakes are acting up. The pedal is going all the way down so i checked if there was any fluid there was barely . So i filled it up and its still the same. I checked to see if it was leaking it out and there was no leaks of brake fluid any where i even checked the to see if the master cylinder was low and no it was still full. I was driving 2 days ago and i tried to stop and front passenger wheel locked up its still driving but not safe, the pads and shoes are new. Any help will work this car is my daily driver so YEah Thanks

first step bleed the brakes. if there is air in the lines you will have a squishy peddle. im having the same problem with my friends car. but his has no air in the lines. as for the front right wheel locking up you might have a bad caliper. you might want to pull it off the car and inspect the crud out of it.

in all my years of being a mechanic i have never used a hose and bottle. good idea though if you want to keep the ground clean though. lol. the way i do it is you jack the car up and put it on jack stands. get a friend to sit in the driver seat and pump the brake peddle. when it becomes stiff have your buddy hold the peddle, you craxk open the bleeder screw on the wheel that is farthest away from the master cylender (generally the right rear) and you keep doing this until there is no longer air comming out of the bleader screw. then move to the next closest wheel (left rear) repeat, move to the right front and repeat again and finally the left front wheel, if you do it correctly there should be no more air in the system. dont feel bad if you have to ask for help again, it took me a while when i was learning.
