Its not a useless law because there are drugdealers holding G18s in their dark windows and stupid women on their cellphones. Here in CA no tint on the front windows is legal if you want to get technical. My mother's Mercedes came with factory 30% and she got a ticket. Id just pull it off.

Here in Miss, you can get a Dr's excuse saying you require dark tinted windows for severe light sensitivity.

I have one and when my car gets finished i'm going to tint all the windows including the windshield.

Well if your tint is not illegal then fight it.
Look up your local state police web site and see what the tint law is. If it is not illegal then fight your way out of the ticket. Deffinatly look into it kuz that would be easy to get out of if your tent is legal. Even if it is barly legal its still legal.
Best of luck

If you think cops are bad with quotas, wait until you deal with a firefighter that has a quota.

But yeah being pulled over for tint with your windows down means the guy has to be smoking some heavy dubies, it's not even an issue of identifying you at that point.

Can you really say no to a police officer...it wont make things better for you... he could call that resisting and then your in cuffs.....that right there is probable cause..
