95 gt ac compressor ?

95 gt ac compressor ?
Ok i have a ? My ac clutch is locked up, when the car is running the pulley still seems to spin i have unpluged the ac. However i have not driven the car a long distance since this happened just wondering if it can cause a problem til i replace the compressor ? thanks

I think it is possible to install a shorter belt so you can by-pass the a/c compressor (depends on configuration of belt and pully's). I would recommend that as just unplugging the power will not likely disengage the clutch.
