Default Removing Stock Rear Control Arms

I am unable to remove the rear lower control arm bolt on the Engine side of the arm. I tried a 3/4 and 19mm sockets. They both do not sit on the bolt tight. Are they another size. I tried several diff sizes no luck.. any suggestions?

May as well just saw them off and install new bolts. On my 93 I did last week (with less than 60k) the bolts were shot. May as well save yourself the aggravation and either break them or saw them off.

Are you sure you are removing the bolt and not trying to turn the nut that is welded to the arm?
