Exclamation Broken bolt in head

I have broken a lower intake manifold to head bolt in my brother's 98 F-150 4.2 V6. I have used the drill/extractors #1 and broken them. I broke the #1 extractor in the bolt itself. I used a #2 drill bit to drill a wider area to drill in behind the #1 extractor only to break the #2 drill bit.
I am out of ideas. I need to get this broken bolt out of the head. I am looking for ANY options and/or ideas without having to remove the head.
PLEASE, again I say, PLEASE put forth any ideas you fellow gearheads have wondering around your heads.

Thank you for your help,
Phil

Are there any threads left extending out of the head, or is the bolt broken off at the surface of the head?

Unfortunately no, there are no threads showing. That's what I was hoping for. The break point is recessed about 3mm.

Any ideas gentlemen?

Master Low, thanks bud!

Try taking a sharp punch and hitting the extractor. Hit it on the edge that will drive it clockwise. That should loosen it enough to remove it. Once you get everything out of the bolt, drill it out as big as you can, without hitting the threads. Then you can either try another extractor or (what I do) collapse the rest of the bolt on itself. Sometimes they can take a while, so take your time and good luck.

That is not an option. The extractor has broken off deep in the bolt. No way to turn it.

No dice on the extraction. I just took the head off and will be taking it to the head shop and having a heli-coil put in. No way around it.

Thanks guys for your input.
