My bumper is cracked, and I was looking to get a 03-04 cobra bumper for mine now.


Its a 2003 v6 coupe.

I can get the bumper for $350 painted.

My question is, do I have the buy anything else for the swap, or will everything from my v6 work.

Like the supports ect..

I was planning on it, proud of my 24mpg v6 =).Someone told me I had to get the grille delete to make it fit, is this true?

kinda hard to leave the Cobra emblem off, doesn't the 03-04 cobra bumper say "COBRA" on the back? or was the the 99-2000?

yea that was the 99/01 i think?

OP it should work, and i think the grill delete comes with the bumper most times. if not just buy one off ebay for cheap

yeah if by any chance your thinking about the cobra emblems being a good idea..there is a thread on the 6 cyl started by "project6" check it out and rethink it

im not big on having the "wrong" emblems but i guess its aight if u have the ***** to back up the claim

I think he's talking about the front bumper but at any rate the 01 and 03/04 rear bumpers said Cobra on them, the 99/00 Cobra rear bumper said Mustang.
