Default Engine turns but wont fire

Hello, I am new to this site so hopefully i put this in the right place. To start off I have a 2000 3.8 V6 Stang with about 100,000 miles on it. I was driving to work today and I hit a big pothole in the road. Everything seemed fine until i turned into the road I work on and the car just dies. I tried to start it a few times and no luck. The engine will turn over but it will not fire up. I havent had any problems before this and when the engine is cranking and I push the gas I kinda can hear a suction sound around the right froint fender. I have a 1/3 tank of gas in it and the fuel pump shut off switch isnt tripped in the back. I know I could need a new fuel pump but im hoping to check my options before I go with that route. Maybe its the fuel Pump Relay switch since the pothole hit on the front right tire but i dunno. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be the problem. I also do not think that I can hear the fuel pump start up when I turn the key on. Its sittin at my work and I wanna try to see if I maybe can fix it before I send it somewhere else.

Thanks guys! Zack

I went to look at it today and realized the fuel pump is operating fine. There is oil leaking from the bottom pulley on the engine.
