colder spark plugs, more fuel, less timing..... thats the big ones, im sure there is more but im not really a n2o guy. how much fuel is the real issue

What Lucky said is correct, you can get more into it by matching fuel to your N2O jets more acuratlly (other wise known as leaning in it) but it takes alot knowhow and a bit of luck, it's best to just stick to what the manufacturer reccomends as it will be on the safe side.
