Default Window tints

I live in SC, and I'm about to get 15% window tints on all my windows, the price I'm getting is 190, the guy that's doing it is really trust worthy and I've seen his work before.

Couple of questions is 15% decent tints or should I go lighter or darker. Also is 190 a good price for that.

That price looks decent, I have 20% up front and 5% in back windows and love it. I think 15% is good too.

Just so you know the legal limit in SC is 27%..the max i've ever paid for tint was around 150-160 bucks..most places offer a lifetime replacement warranty. But I guarantee he won't warranty illegal tint. Ive got 27% all around on one stang and 20% on the other..

I know the limit in SC is 27%, the warranty from the manufacturer is voided since they're illegal tints, but he does offer a lifetime warranty from him.

As far as the 5% on the back window... do you have any problems at night with visibility and all?

Also for the stripe in the front I believe it's 20$ more, could be wrong, but is it worth it, because I don't think it looks good on the car. Any suggestions on why I should get it?

I have problems backing up with 20% in low lit parking lots. So 5% in the rear, you may have an issue. Also, the stripe on the front pretty much cuts out the skyline, so you don't have to worry about the sun and glare.

I talked to two guys I know they really like the 5% but for some reason one of them said he never has problems at night. I got some serious thinking to do. Also I found another place that would do them for 190 at 5% instead of the 240

I got another question that came to mind, what about that glass sunroof on premium cars, is that worth tinting?
