Performance Chip
Hi, i am new to this forum and not that great under the hood. I was Looking at putting a Performance Chip in my 2005 GT and was wondering if that is going to mess anything up and if its worth the money.

For the S197's, its SO much better to get a CAI + Tuner combo package. Insted of replacing the "chip" you simply use a flash tuner to flash a new tune onto the car, which will wake it up quite a bit. Good places to shop for these packages are Brenspeed, Bama, and VMP.
Its one of the best bang for the buck mods we can do to these cars.
