Check out www.nada.com and see what it says and kbb.com. It'll give you some ideas if you are in the ballpark. NADA is what the dealers use.

Sounds pretty high to me. My wife picked up her Premium (fully loaded from leather to CD changer) 02 GT 5-speed coupe last August. One small ding and a couple of rock chips. It just turned over 20K when we bought it and we gave less than 16k for it. Beautiful car. I would shop around a little more or get them to come down. People will gouge you in a heartbeat over a car.
