ECT Sensor maybe?

Edit: Also is it always running hot, like if you just start it up in your driveway and let it sit, will it overheat or do you need to drive it for it to get hot?

Engine coolant temp sensor, it changes resistance in response to the engine coolant temperature and decreases resistance as the surrounding temperature increases, providing a signal to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) that indicates the engine coolant temperature.

Your rad fan might not be coming on also. My car had something like that and it turned out my fan wasnt kicking on warming the car up to much for the wind running through the rad couldnt cool it down. Also, are both the top and bottom rad hoses hot when u run the car? You might have a blockage somewhere not allowing the coolent to circulate through the rad itself.
