Hello,

Hopefully someone can assist me. I have two questions.

I have a 1982 Mustang GLX. Lately, whenever I fill up with gas and drive about 20 miles the "Gas Low" light comes on and remains on. What is causing this problem and how can I correct it?

Second, I have replaced all of my dashboard lights, but the entire dashboard is not as bright as it used to be. Any ideas on how to fix this?

the sending unit the the gas is probably bad and is giving a false reading

 

1.Bad sending unit 2.The dimmer switch is bad or its turned down which I'm sure you checked already
