Default clutch engagement

I am running a t45 with a king cobra clutch, ford racing single hood quadrant and a firewall adjuster. My problem is that the clutch releases when the pedal is all the way out. What do I need to change to get my pedal to release somewhere near the middle of the pedal travel path?

Cable is probably too tight and I've also seen worn clutches do that too.
