Yeah, it is, but in southern maryland, specifically charles county, their roads are 45mph and folks do 60-70 on them because they are two-three lanes and in light traffic are very inviting. Even if you aren't a speeder, doing 45 on those roads will get you run over. So maybe circumstances dictated his actions.
Though gotta give a big applause to MSP for the recent increase in speed traps on my local highway. It was getting ridiculous. I was doing 75 and getting passed like I was going in reverse. Needless to say, you get busted doing 80 in a 55, your *** is gonna hurt after that raping. Though I think it was because we had another biker killed during the week. Over 100mph into the side of a van crossing the highway.

Well, good luck. I don't agree with tint laws, like most people...but just take it off.
I know you said you bought it like that, but I honestly don't see the purpose of tinting over other mods. It is a cheap mod and gives the car a "sporty feel", but it doesn't buy me for whatever reason. It just seems to be a ricer mod, in my opinion. Just had to rant a little.

Cops must be douches for you guys down there. Best thing to do is donate to the local police department every so often and have a sticker on the car somewhere that says so.
My mother donates quite a bit so I have a sticker. I have limo on 3 of my windows and 15% on passenger and driver. Nothing has been said. It helps that my uncle and dad are cops also though.xD

I am past the legal limit on tint, never been pulled over them, let alone anything... in my mustang but I was pulled over in my moms car for " Running a Red Light ". The 3 cars behind me followed me, and the cop decided to pull me over, simply because I was driving a 08 Mercedes SL500!
