NY emissions
Hi I'm not sure if my question belongs here, but it seems to. Anyway I'm looking at a 96 mystic from MI. It has a supercharger and other mods. I wondered if anyone from NY can give me some advice on what causes problems with emission testing. It has had the cats, egr, and pump removed tuned for 94 and methanol. The parts are problematic, but I the fuel won't matter, right?
