I am swapping out a stock 1993 mustang 2.3 engine with a big ford 351m engine with a c.6 transmission.

I really have no clue what i need to change or add or take out... if someone can please help or point me in the right direction i would greatly apprecaite it.

Dude if you don't even know where to START,, then you're gonna have to have a garage do the swap,, for mega $$$'s

Im gonna have the engine pulled in acouple days.

ill be able to put the motor in and everything ill have the other engine and put it in. its no problem. i have the motor mounts im just wondering waht im gonna have to replace.

lol just a list? maybe haha idk im sure i can get it started :-)

Your going to need a new engine wiring harness, new CPU (unless your giong with a distributor), a new K member, new rear end, new fuel supply set up, bigger breaks (much bigger breaks!). new shocks/struts....thats just a few things that are going to cost you a bit....someone else can help me out with pther misc things you need.

im confused about the exhaust system.. do i get it for the mustang or for the headers of the 351?

If you are asking this question you do not need to be doing a engine swap. Have someone help you.

I'll sum the list up, you need EVERYTHING! mounts, exhaust, fuel, cooling, suspension, a rear that will hold up, maybe even a hood. I hate re-wiring engine swaps >.<
