On a '92 GT. How the hell do they come off? I don't want to replace the whole damn arm.. Looks like the blades have some kind of spring deal going on?

 

There should be instructions on the box for the new wipers, it is pretty simple. a lot just require you to grab and push.

 

I have changed tons of blades before, but never seen a set-up like this.. I tried pulling the blade, nothing...

 

If it's like a `91, you have to flip the blade over then invert it as far as it will go. This will extend the springs and open up the hole big enough to work off of the pin. You may have to get you thumb and first finger under the 'wings' to keep it inverted enough to shimmy it off.
