Is there a tuner or flash tuner that i can get that i can program my car instead of taking it somewhere. I see alot of things on ebay but are they preprogrammed.If anyone has used one let me know whats a good one, i was thinking of one that hooks up to a pc but if there are any hand held ones let me know, thanks
