Default Engine Question...

I have a 2002 GT with 78,300 miles on it. Today I noticed a little bit of smoke when i stepped on the gas. I plan on getting my engine bay cleaned by this guy locally. Is there anything else I should be looking at?? Also is there any type of maintenance that should be done?

You should be doing EVERY type of maintenance on the car, all the periodic expected stuff like check/change fluids & belts.

Steam cleaning the engine bay isn't gonna help if the car is burning oil. Was it blue'ish smoke you saw?
